Senior UI/UX Designer
Since 2024, I have returned to freelancing, which allows me to do more design work myself and gain more dynamics from projects. Currently, I work with various clients and projects that last from a few days to a few months. I enjoy the process when I see the fast results of my work and satisfied clients, and I really like this.
Lead UI/UX Designer
I worked as a lead designer in the marketing department, focusing on web direction. I labored on improving the UX of the request form, the website for a new company product, and helped designers grow by enhancing their skills and work quality.
Another main task was the development and management of a new news project in the M&A sector, to which I devoted most of my time. I worked on the project from creating the idea, searching for technical solutions and opportunities, and validating with stakeholders and technical experts, to developing the algorithm and structure, and finally launching it in the fall of 2023.
This was a great new experience in creating and launching a project, which became very valuable, primarily in terms of product management.
Product Designer
As the product designer, I conducted researchers, developed the conceptual model, prototypes, and the app’s UI/UX design, as well as marketing materials and the website for testing. I also oversaw graphic design tasks for the game component by coordinating with an external agency, developed the app's workflow logic, and worked closely with the development and marketing teams during the testing and launching of the app.
We successfully launched the MSP, tested a series of hypotheses on how users interact with the app, and made a series of improvements that significantly enhanced user engagement, increasing app usage time. We also conducted a series of marketing tests, found a successful combination of pricing and advertising costs, and carried out several experiments with subscriptions that helped increase conversion by more than 10X.
Head of Design
Having immersed deeper into the company's processes and needs, I embraced a new challenge and took the lead of the design department, responsible for the quality and delivery of design for internal products, new digital projects, and marketing needs.
I managed the entire design process and led a team that included an art director, two lead designers (web and branding), a UX designer, and both web and graphic designers. I expanded the team and established a horizontal interaction structure with cross-departmental collaboration, assigning designers to specific departments within the company. This structure helped reduce bureaucracy and added transparency and responsibility to our work processes, which in turn increased efficiency and improved the work environment.
As a result, we elevated the quality and conversion of marketing materials, launched several new internal products and projects, introduced a new product line, and implemented a new design system that standardized the visual style and improved development speed.
Head of Design
Concurrently with Everad, I took on the role of Head of the Design Department at the investment fund, Adventures Labs, where I was responsible for creating the website design, brand identity, and promotional materials. Additionally, I played a key role in consulting, creating, and improving designs for startups funded by the investment fund.
It was interesting and pleasant to join the world of startups and to collaborate with diverse teams, gaining insights into their experiences and working processes.
Product Designer
As a product designer at Everad, I worked on the UX and UI for an administrative system, a customer dashboard, and a comprehensive CRM for various departments with corresponding modules such as orders, customer base, finance, logistics, warehouse, call center, analytics, and management.
I implemented convenient data filtering, developed specific use cases that accelerated data analysis and navigation, created new sections from scratch, and improved data display for quicker access to critical metrics. I also helped automate many of the call center's needs and significantly enhanced performance indicators for script usage and order processing during customer calls.
This experience provided me with valuable insights into internal and business processes, as well as user experience insights that would have been challenging to gain working externally.
Founder, Design Director
Considering the experience gained and my interest in self-growth and business, I decided to found Tdesers Design, a design studio, and carve my own path in the market. Although we were a small local studio, we worked with various clients and projects around the world.
We developed designs for large portals, small businesses, TV channels, both large and small online stores, branding, online catalogs, landing pages, company and product websites, and much more. With each client, we gained new experiences and knowledge, which gave us access to new niches in the design market. It was a super cool and interesting experience and a significant period in my life.
Art Director
I led the design for numerous advertising campaigns, ensuring a cohesive and impactful visual experience. I created landing pages for media events, developed an e-commerce platform to launch the client’s product in the market, and built a media magazine to engage and grow its audience. I also helped announce Facebook's first million users in Ukraine, which gained coverage from many leading media outlets.
Through these experiences, I gained valuable insights into digital advertising, including audience building, marketing strategies, and launching new products.
Web Designer, Art Director
I began my career as a Junior Web Designer, creating simple websites and graphics. Over time, I advanced to a Senior role, working directly with clients and designing corporate websites, e-commerce platforms, portals, and other products. Eventually, I reached the level of Art Director, where I set the visual direction and oversaw all aspects of design and implementation in the studio.
These were three wonderful years that allowed me to grasp the profession and become a skilled specialist in the field, ready to continue advancing in my career.
I'm a high-class digital designer, a loving husband, and a father of two wonderful daughters.
From a young age, I have been captivated by the world of engineering, which inspired me to pursue programming as its digital counterpart. Throughout my journey, I developed various programs and applications, but soon I discovered that my true passion lay in their aesthetics and the way people interacted with them. I have enjoyed creating solutions that were not only functional but also visually appealing, ultimately guiding me towards a career in design.
